Description of the Rhyming Peg System
| The Rhyming Peg System is based on associating a peg word with each of the digits 1 to
10. The peg words can then be associated to remember things in the correct order. It can
be learned and applied in as little as twenty minutes. Frequent use will make application
easier and more effective. To start learning and applying the system now, simply work
through the steps below. |
Step 1. Read through the peg words (2 min)Step 2. Use the trainer to learn the peg words very
thoroughly (8 min)
Step 3. Apply the system to remember a shopping list (10 min)
